Hayley & Thomas
Thank you so much for joining us. We don’t throw parties often, but we really wanted to celebrate our union.
This is a non-wedding domestic partnership celebration of the life we’ve built out here with our house and our hot tub and each other and the dogs, who are going to be so naughty for you.
The party will be an intimate, close friends-only affair, and we’ll try to make sure you have a great time on Saturday night. We also hope you make a weekend of it – we have all the good local suggestions for you in Things to Do.
Even though it’s a backyard affair, let’s all dress up because we live for that.

Will you add to it?! Bangers only.

getting here
There is no fastest way to get here from NYC - we’ve tried it all - though LIRR can avoid summer traffic.
If you’re flying here make sure to arrive at JFK or LaGuardia to avoid adding additional transit time from Newark.
LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD — Immune to traffic! Can be hard to get a seat, so be prepared for battle. Sit in the first 2 cars for Amagansett.
JITNEY — Leaves from 39th and 3rd in Manhattan, comes every hour, and you get free Goldfish aboard! Subject to traffic.
RENT A CAR – Definitely great to have a car once you’re here. So much to explore! Get a convertible or a Mini Cooper, like Ina Garten.
getting around
HAMPTON HOPPER – Shuttle between villages that looks legit.
UBER – There should be plenty, but not at the speed you’re used to in the big city. Island time.
accomodations
Though our address is in East Hampton, the house (the partyyyyy) is in “Springs,” which is closest to Amagansett.
Whatever you choose, book in advance since Airbnbs and hotels fills up like crazy in the summer.
-
This is basically where we live, and it’s very cute with many little inns and less insane ocean beaches. Superb little main street. 5-10 mins from our house.
-
You’ll be happy if you find an Airbnb in this area of East Hampton because it’ll be a little more affordable and very close to the party, but it’s residential. 5-10 mins from the house.
-
Lots of inns and not too far from the house. The mansions are south of the highway here, so it’s prime. Lots of activity and shopping! 10-15 minutes from our house.
-
More hotel/motel type options for where to stay, but will feel far from our house! About a 25 minute drive, but a lovely drive with ocean views.
-
Northeastern whaling village vibes where Moby Dick partially happened! Will feel far from our house, about a 25 minute drive. Beware of drunk Justin Timberlake on the roads.
buy us some stuff
OPTIONAL! Thank you for helping us make our house a fun place to be, but the fact that you dragged yourself out to the furthest reaches of Long Island is plenty.

Contact Hayley for “Haunted Hamptons” details. The below attractions are probably not haunted.
